Brick Finance is a company formed by Managing Director, Simon Berrie, and is a completely independent, expert mortgage brokerage, dealing with all aspects of Commercial Finance.
Brick Finance’ has 21 years experience in Banking and Specialist sector Finance, and has a ‘whole of market’ nation wide offering, which means that we are not tied to any one company or financial institution.
We offer a fully dedicated, bespoke service to each client and, we act on your behalf at all times, always putting you first. We work closely with all lenders from the High Street Retail Banks, Commercial & Corporate Bank’s and Private Banks.
We are happy to discuss your funding requirements for purchase, re-finance or capital raising and in addition Brick Finance has expertise in helping you deal with lenders who may wish to re-negotiate existing banking terms.
