Brick Finance has access to speedy, value for money, Bridging or Property Development Finance on most types of commercial and residential property in the UK. Brick Finance has a direct access to 2 bridging loan companies , Rock Capital Limited and White Rhino Capital Limited. Both companies;

  • Only lend from our own funds.
  • Are often able to obtain an offer within 48 hours, and allow you to complete within 7-10 days.We will lend up to 70% of the Open Market Value and up to 100% of the purchase price (unlike many other lenders who only lend 70% of the purchase price)
  • Are happy to provide property development finance, up to 70% of Gross Development Value.
  • Have dedicated property and legal professionals allowing us to offer a prestigious ‘48 hour application-to-fund release’ service
